Cozy Ramble 🌹

Hello all n__n Here I talk about how my mind works while doing various triggers like stirring ice water, tapping on a wine glass, and rustling this little fluffy thing I use for hair sound triggers. In the background, there is vinyl static. Enjoy :)
Finally found time to watch this and I wish I had watched it sooner because it was great. I really like hearing about your life because your such an interesting person. I love the inclusion of the different triggers and the background static from the Sci-Fi roleplays was a great choice. Awesome job as always :D

I really enjoyed this. The ASMR was simple, calming and relaxing. I love the vinyl static in the background. It gives the video warmth and depth. In some strange way it reminds me of the old whirring sound from your old camera. I always found that comforting some how. The glass tapping was great and I really liked the stirring of the ice in the glass. I'd like an accent video. I think it would be really fun. The ramble it's self was very interesting. It reminds me of your old vlogs. As some of the others here have commented, I also really love when you open up and talk about yourself, mental health, coping mechanisms and life in general. There is comfort and hope in just hearing about someones else's experiences. A sense that one is not alone. It helps break down barriers. I'm very grateful that you open up and share with us. Thank you for all that you do. Great video Bekah! :D

I have been using this devaluing/idealizing mechanism the last months and i was just thinking that maybe i didn’t care that much of that people, but after hear you talking about that coping mechanism i guess that i’m just doing that ( i hope). I really love when you talk about how you manage your BPD, your advices helps me a lot with my anxiety. Thank you for this.

You know, someone messaged me on Tumblr asking why I don't share much about myself and I was in the middle of editing this video when I saw it in my inbox. I hadn't really thought about it, but I think it's a sign I should probably open up more n__n

I will give it a try. I'm just so not able to keep myself on a schedule. I can manage a few days before I just lose it and end up needing a long break. Dx

Old school as fuck! This is my favorite ramble that you've done. Yes the UK accent from the last video was fun, so glad you brought it back. For the forgetfulness it sounds like you need to routinize. Sit down and come up with your perfect day/week whatever it may be. Follow your plan, then repeat it again, and again, eventually it should become second nature and you won't be tormented having to think what to do next. Putting up signs or arrows, any type of reminders could be fun too. Basically, put in some work up front and it should save you time in the long run. Can't wait for the next video like this. Great job Bekah!

Accent video? Yes. Based on your last video you have a really good southern accent as well (I hope I would know cuz that’s what I sound like apparently lol). These videos where you open up are some of my favorites because it allows other people to feel that they can open up as well if they are going through something difficult. Great Video again Rebekah!
