That actually is called a squirrel suit or wingsuit, not a penguin suit :P

I've seen this version of Batman way more than any other. I love it, cause we never get a younger year 2 Batman that is still learning how to be Batman and how to be Bruce, learning what gadgets work, what doesn't, and he's still building stuff. And I love for the first time we get a batman that when he takes off his cowl his black out eye makeup is still there and runny, all the other Batmans they have the black makeup but as soon as they take off the cowl, they're perfectly clean, it's those details I really enjoyed with this one. And It also gives a little bit of the history between him and Alfred. He starts out full of rage but learns the rage isn't helping anyone. So, he's still learning. But Batman has always been known as the 'worlds greatest detective" and this one we actually got more of a detective batman rather than just a a**kicker batman. And we got a really great gritty car chase. I remember when this one was announced and Robert was playing the role, I thought this could be really good, cause of his work in Good Times, the Lighthouse etc his acting is great. I didn't think he'd be as good of a batman as he was, which was a nice surprise. But I remember reading that Matt Reeves not only wanted to give us a year 2 Batman but more of a gritty, raw more realistic approach, meaning this Batman, these characters could be real today, not over the top cartoonish or comic bookish. I think he accomplished that. It was a fun watch along with you two. You mentioned how it is always rainy, I think I read he took that and a few other things from David Fincher films. The Rain I think is from the movie Seven, the Riddlers codes came from Zodiac (which is actually based on a true story, highly recommend you react to that stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downy Jr, Mark Ruffalo and others) and Fincher also did Fight Club, there's a lot of that grit in this Batman. I think it was a very smart idea.
