Would you also continue SS Rajamouli's filmo? I don't get why you haven't watched any of his other movies since Achara & Andrew watched Magadheera? 🤔 MARYADA RAMANNA is a very entertaining dark comedy/romance based on a Buster Keaton movie ("Our Hospitality"), it's quite different from Rajamouli's usual action masalas. The lead is quite different too as he was known to "only" be the comic relief in other movies. Because SSR chose him as the hero people predicted it would flop but it didn't and it's often considered one of the director's best films. VIKRAMARKUDU is IMO one of the best masalas ever made. Fresh plot, the balance between humour and drama works, the action is well shot. It's the only movie of Rajamouli where the hero is morally ambiguous (he's a thief). SIMHADRI is a more traditional masala but still well executed ans with an interesting plot that offers a bit more than the usual "hero vs villain". Jr NTR is the lead.

Ram Gopal Varma's 2nd movie. Yes it's indeed Telugu despite non Telugu actors involved, in case you wondered 😄 VEDAM (2010) hyperlink drama with Allu Arjun (one of his best performances), Manoj Bajpayee and Anushka Shetty (from Baahubali). Since you guys have met Manoj, I think a Jaby-Achara reaction would be best? PARUGU (2008) romcom with Allu Arjun, with a fresh concept and a different "rustic" vibe. The Hindi remake Heropanti was Tiger Shroff's debut MAYABAZAAR (1957) *the* Telugu classic (like Sholay for Bollywood in a way), still one of the highest rated Telugu movies online. Fantasy romcom based on a folktale. MayaBazaar means Market of Illusions. Watch the COLOURIZED version to better enjoy the sets and costumes. It looks very enchanting and is quite entertaining. The creative VFX they came up is lots of fun. Jaby could be interested in commenting on it and how they did things. Lead role by Savitri (her biopic Mahanati was reviewed by Jaby & Achara then there was a watchalong with Vivian & Michael - a major scene of Mayabazaar was recreated in it)
