BTW, the floating building is Evankhell's Mothership, I'm pretty sure that was shown in EP 2. The tower is enormous.

as far as I understood, she went on her way to go to the tower's top...but if she already arrived or how far she got in the time since she went on her way wasn't mentioned I think.

I'm almost getting Alice in Wonderland vibes from this series. Where Bam is like Alice if she fell down the rabbit hole and got amnesia. It's a world that makes sense to the locals but to an outsider seems strange and occasionally insane. A place that seems to operate more on dream logic than anything else.

Like Jeremy said. The floating building isn't the tower. It's not even a whole level of the tower. The floating building and all the fake sky around it are all just one level of the tower.

My assumption is that your questions will be answered throughout the anime since this anime has a lot of foreshadowing and hints to future events as well as giving us bits and pieces of future episodes I'm not saying stop asking questions but with a new anime any of those answers to your questions are definitely spoilers and the people who know those answers have read the original works

The tower is really massive, like each floor is as big as a country, sometimes even bigger . That's why you don't really feel being in a building, the tower is just the "design" of this world.
