FOCUS - While listening, allow your unconscious mind to continue controlling whether or not you will remember what you listen to or what happens while you listen.
TASK - Listen to your chosen file while naked and kneeling. Kneel for as long as you can do so safely, and find that if you need to stop kneeling you will be able to easily move into a better position. Play with nipples while listening. Remember, no orgasms!
WORD - Choose an adjective that describes the extent of your amnesia after listening.
REPORT - When you're done, share the file you chose, your word, and a short paragraph describing how you feel in #locktober-chat and as a comment on this post.
Always remember that participating in Locktober should enhance your life, not derail it. You have to serve yourself before you can serve someone else! So make good choices about how you fulfill the tasks that I set for you!
