FOCUS - Focus on how submissive you feel while listening - this is a multi-voice dual induction and there is no transcript. Today, try to focus on the track that you did not focus on yesterday, remembering as much of it as you can.
TASK - When you are done, roll a d20. If you roll 1 through 9, then repeat yesterday's task. If you roll a 10 through 20, then listen to Belong again, stroking yourself through your clothing, unable to touch your skin, while you accept being submissive because I've commanded it. Remember, no touching skin, and no orgasms!
WORD - After listening choose an adjective that describes how dominated you feel after having listened to Belong multiple times.

I've found that it's become effortless to now go into trance for Lee. Any issues or barriers that had been there before are apparently now gone. The level of control she has, has definitely deepened as well as my complete level of trust.
