FOCUS - If you can, count the number of snaps you hear as you listen to Snappy Response. Good luck!
TASK - When you're done listening, strip and then stroke yourself on your most sensitive erogenous zone as you think about what it's like to react immediately and thoughtlessly to the sound of my snaps for the number of minutes equal to the number of snaps you think you heard. Remember, absolutely no orgasms!
WORD - Choose a word other than "snap" that you think would work to drop you into trance.
REPORT - When you're finished, report in #locktober-chat the number of snaps you think you heard as well as the word you've chosen.
Always remember that participating in Locktober should enhance your life, not derail it. You have to serve yourself before you can serve someone else! So make good choices about how you fulfill the tasks that I set for you!
