Your task for today is:
Set aside at least an hour of time after which you have few or no responsibilities, and then listen to Coercive (https://www.patreon.com/posts/coercive-81dc-99393199 ) and Would You Like a SIP?, in that order.
While you are listening, let your conscious mind wander to wherever it wants, understanding that your unconscious mind will always be paying attention to what I am saying.
Share any interesting thoughts you may have had while listening; if you had no interesting thoughts, share that too! Along with that post, rate how submissive you feel after listening to these files.
