Have you been enjoying your first week of Locktober 2024? Today is a day for a little reflection in addition to your normal tasks.

Every Sunday write a personal note for yourself about how your motivations, expectations, and goals for Locktober have evolved over the week. Put it away and don't look at it again until the end of the month.

I know that potentially you've got a lot going on right now, and you'll have even more to keep track of as the month progresses. I also know that you're a fantastic person who can tackle new challenges in the way that will work the best for you, especially if that way happens to also be the best for me.

Your task for today is:

Before you do your daily touching, listen to Dark Side Deep and Dark Side Chastity. When you're done, rate and record how submissive and obedient you feel, then do your daily touching. When you're done with that, re-rate your submission and obedience and share both sets of numbers.

Do not loop Dark Side Deep and Dark Side Chastity! Listen once to each.
