Listen: Brainwashing & Freedom (In Bondage) 149DC. Was thinking of keeping eyes open during this file but the guidance to close my eyes, it was easy to follow along with this file. Body felt so heavy. Very deep during this file. Happy to improve and not move. Simple to obey. May listen again if I can tomorrow. Brainwashing this month has been great and fun. Thank you

2024-08-31 02:10:56 +0000 UTCTask type: Pleasure File Chosen: Brainwashing & Freedom (In Bondage) There was an unusual - but really HOT - feeling of rigidness that settled into my head somewhere in the first half of the file. The feelings of it being fun to obey Lee and how happy I am to obey Lee were so salient that I couldn't feel anything else. Then just obedience, no choice but to obey, but still happy to obey - I would always choose to obey Lee if I did have a choice. Task: Explore pleasure in a way of my choosing relevant to the theme of brainwashing. Task Output: I listened to POPC - Pleasure after this file.
