Programming Month - Day Eighteen!

It's Day 18! Today's file is 64DC - Lots of Plants. - https://www.patreon.com/posts/78035778

Let your unconscious mind banish your conscious mind, just for a little while.

This month's "first of month" file is about problem solving by allowing your unconscious mind to take over the problem-solving process. And also plants. Possibly.

CW: Blood

Programming Month - Day Eighteen!

Comments

Mantra: Lots of Plants 64DC. Before listening it seems convenient, I mowed today after work. Working in the outdoors, Im not sure if it could connect with this file. I also do not believe I have had the task of mantra this month so something new today. My mind seemed to visit alot of places with this file. Still nice to relax and go deeper into each topic. It felt so automatic waking up when the trance ended. Mantra: It gets easier to go deeper with every listen. Eager to go deeper with each listen. Easy to fall. Simple to obey.

Task type: Listen File Chosen: Lots of Plants Wow, one moment I felt I had a good grasp on the file, and the next I could barely remember anything at all. I can remember the words "plants," "stars," "blood," "tourniquet." In the end of it, I was left with just this feeling of awe at all sorts of things: the scale of the universe, how consequential small things are on a personal level, how inconsequential big things are on a grand level, and how much I filter my life and how I perceive my own life in conjunction with my relationship to Lee. Task: Choose your favorite file relevant to the self-care theme. Listen to it once a week this month. Task Output: Belong is the file I will be listening to. It isn't strictly a self-care file, but it is a file that has served that purpose for me - and some other very enjoyable purposes - for many years.
