Task type: Mantra File Chosen: Unconsciously Giving In The start of the file was a little overload for me, and it helped me drop into trance really quickly. The first ten minutes or so were especially hard to recall because of the way the opening shut down any conscious accounting of where I was mentally. Even the latter ten minutes - which I feel more able to recount - are fuzzy. But the feeling of just going along with what Lee was saying and giving in was very prominent throughout. If I came out of the file with anything it would be these three things: It is always good and easy for me to give in to Lee on an automatic level, I should be doing things to take care of myself, I feel good when my obedience to Lee is clear and on display. As an aside, I'm very glad that I set a timer for my lunch - which was cooking - I completely forgot about it until the timer went off 20 minutes after the end of the my task. My task was to create a mantra based off this file, and to chant it for 15 minutes. Task output: "Giving in to Lee is good. Giving in to Lee makes me good. Always give in more to deeply to Lee."
