Book of Extinction 6
Added 2022-12-01 06:30:01 +0000 UTCThis time we've got a doozy for you! With another 38 pages (or 34, depending on how you count it), the Book of Extinction is getting really, really heavy. Here's a breakdown of what we've added this time:
- 4 new Dead Races
- 11 new pairs of monster entries
- 3 new magic items
If you haven't heard the tale of Lonesome George, the last Pinta Island Giant Tortoise, or the tale of Toughie, the last Rabb's Finge-Limbed Tree Frog, you should give those a read.
Of note: this version of the Book of Extinction is a little rougher than normal. Due to traveling and the holidays, I didn't have as many hours as I would have liked to hammer the book's formatting into shape. This is especially frustrating at the end of a couple of chapters, in which a placeholder page was necessary to keep things looking correct. Mind the mess as you dig through things!

Taking December Off!
We'll be taking December off this year. We might pop in to show off some cool things we've been working on, but it'll be more preview-y than content-y (or at least, that's the plan -- I can get overambitious over the holidays before the actual scramble begins!)

For the Lycanthrope (Terianthrope) section, will you have a section like the Monster Manual does for PCs as Lycanthropes? Essentially, which (if any) of the stats they gain as a minimum, any bonuses like AC, and what stat to use for DCs.
