They actually think it’s funny to just talk shit about her for no reason. 🤦🏼♂️ Like… “oh wow, another Taylor Swift joke. You’re so original. A true comedy genius.”

The song was her step into fictional writing of a true crime story that was studied by many for how realistic it could be. 2025-02-19 22:05:01 +0000 UTCduring an interview she said this music video has an insane amount of easter eggs, so many that they had to keep a quite long pdf with all of them, so i‘m pretty sure we still havent found all of them. one of the lesser obvious one which i think most people don‘t know is actually a ttpd easter egg. during the promo phase for ttpd she was always hitting us with ✌️ signs and 2s hinting to a double album, additionally in this music video at minute 4:19 (ttpd was released on april 19th) we see the 2 martini glasses one white one black, representing the standard version and the anthology

So you can check them out through Taylor in the future ☺️ The whole Speak Now album has a bit of a fairytale theme and alsp pressing the button 3 that was purple is also a speak now reference which was her 3rd studio album! Also im just gonna call your music video reactions ”Danny simping for Taylor for 10 minutes” from now on haha. Which im all here for. 😂 Btw you should do the behing the scenes too. As you learned in the other midnights videos, she was teasing the release of the Speak Now (Taylor’s version) re-record release. At the begging the music playing in the background is from a song on Speak Now called Enchanted. In the same scene they keep using the word Exile, which is a song off her folklore album. In the elevator she selects the purple button for the third floor (the color purple is associated with speak now and it is her third album). The dragons at the end reference a song called Long Live off Speak Now. There are a bunch more that I don’t remember, but I’m sure someone else will add them.
