While this update is a smaller one, we’re shifting our focus toward adding a significant amount of new content in the upcoming updates.
Personal note:
This month has been particularly challenging due to an unexpected setback.. the loss of all our game files, including assets, work-in-progress files, storyboards, and more. Fortunately, we were able to recover an earlier saved version of the game from an online backup, which allowed us to continue development. However, this loss had a substantial impact on our progress, especially with the rush to complete the November Patreon Content Drop. What was meant to be a longer creative process was compressed into a much shorter timeframe.
On top of that, personal matters required my immediate attention, as I needed to prioritize the well-being of my loved ones. Despite these hurdles, I want to assure you that development is moving forward and the project is still very much on track to be amazing! Although we had to adapt quickly to the situation (remaking character sprites, expanding writing material and working with a much shorter timeframe) the upcoming updates are shaping up to be fantastic.

Extra: (Spoiler Alert)
There are a lot of known issues with old scenes: soft locks, game returning to main menu abrubtly, invisible clickable image buttons at the beach when interracting with the tablet.. (these are consequences of working with an older backed up version of the game). Animations are clipping through their masks for Olivia in the shower. (The actual Olivia scene you'll discover in this version is not anywhere near being done, treat it a a proof of concept.)

I would be super happy to discuss with you on discord maybe a more personal approach could help me broaden my "vision"! Albedo’s voice is AI generated as I do not have voice actors (for now).. Thank you so much still for such understanding on your behalf, you patrons never stop to impress me ^^

You've done a good job and I'm looking forward to the further development, as far as I can see there's a lot planned and I'm really looking forward to it. You can't give much criticism right now because everything is well planned, only as an overlord fan I find Albedo somehow too emotionless, textwise a lot sounds super good but her voice somehow doesn't fit, it feels too monotonous and dull (feels super ai generated, which is fine but that doesn't suit her).
