I want to remind, that all my characters are above the age of 18. In this perticular story I made the main character look younger than he is for the sake of storytelling.

Haha, Well, my stories usually take place in a rather short timespan. The characters are usually way too overwhelmed to even think about protein intake haha But good point, I should definitely keep that in the back of my head for the future! And I never think about their weight, but I'd guess that it'd be around 70-80 kg~
