Anqa (Look + Asset + Environment + Clothing)

This is Anqa – The Lava Kin Monster Girl

One of the most enigmatic creatures inhabiting the peaks of volcanic tops and lava pools. Known for being territorial and quite aggressive towards trespassers. Though, they tend to take suiters from magically adept individuals who can withstand the harshness of their environment and they can become docile emitting less heat to propagate.

In a tale described by someone at a tavern when encountering one of these creatures “I was at the lava pools *hic* collecting magma stones, w..h.en they jumped me and couldn’t burn me due to the *hic* m..agi.cal barrier nullifying the heat, *grunts* they suddenly stopped emitting heat and *hic* I was invited into something very magical… *Snores* z.Z.z..z..Z.z…” As he giggles his way passing out drunk.

What could have happened? One way to find out.

Context

Hello all,

Anqa was one those concepts that really challenged my whole fabric to make. First how can you do fire? Then would it fit on the character as hair? Then the Lava texturing or the cripsy side of things. This was chaotic and I enjoyed every bit of it 😂.

It's like a puzzle after another, the most challenging was how the heck to make the fire hair move like it's alive? I honestly had no clue how to do this and thankfully I had friends who were willing to help out in making this happen.

I'm very appreciative for the support I gain from you guys, specially those who give feedback and follow the progression on Discord. You are the stars of this release😁!
