MONDAY MOTIVATION - Discipline

Happy Monday! This weeks motivation topic is all about using discipline to help us push forwards even when we don’t want to go get closer to our goals and achieve our dreams! So.. What is discipline?

"Discipline is the ability to control and direct one's behavior and actions towards achieving desired outcomes."


Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments.

Discipline is the fuel that drives you towards your dreams and aspirations.

It's the consistent, daily choices that lead to extraordinary results

It's the willingness to sacrifice short-term gratification for long-term success.


So present in all areas of life but enhanced in anything physical/sports/education


Why is being disciplined hard?

Goal achievement: You feel empowered you to make conscious choices that align with your values and goals.

Order and balance:You will be able to order and structure in your life, leading to a sense of balance and harmony.

Self control and self improvment:It's the key to developing healthy habits and breaking destructive patterns.

Personal responsibility: sense of personal responsibility and accountability for our actions


How to be more disciplined?

Don’t forget it’s a gradual process so be patient with yourselves!
