Hey my Patrons, How are you? #10 

I hope you are fine, Today I am writing to you why it is that I have been able to feel strong enough to turn on my computer.

The night of this last Sunday I went to sleep regularly ... but after a few hours, late at night, I woke up with great pain in my belly and had to go to the bathroom, I had very loud and annoying cramps , and the taste of vomit rose to my throat ... although the first few hours I only had diarrhea, then I had to vomit, I vomited a few times, it was extraordinarily unpleasant, after that I only went to the toilet to continue releasing non-solid stools ... since that night, I was without energy and badly (until today), it looked like a zombie.

The first day after that, I tried to take care of myself and do the normal thing ... but I had no energy for absolutely anything, during that day, the most that I gained strength, was to go to the bathroom, and because of the need for the situation , what I could do more that day, was to drink water, because I couldn't even cook.

talking to my parents, they told me to go to a medical center with them (It was my intention from day one, but as I say, I had no "zero" energy, I had negative energy), and then home with them, and so I have been with them until today, taking what was dictated by the doctor (An oral serum, a headache pill, because due to this situation, to top it off, it was two nights when I didn't sleep), taking a rest time and eating a "soft" diet.

Thank God (that is a lie, it is thanks to my blessed parents) I am currently almost as new, I have an appetite again, the intestinal transit feels much more normal today, I have been able to sleep, and I perform much better in everything I do.

But in the end, I am writing this basically to let you know that this week I will not publish on Friday, but on Saturday, and it will certainly be low content, although I have tried to put myself to make content every time I have felt even better, I have not felt able to face anything, it will be that although I have been physically improving, I am not in all my faculties.

Basically, I wanted to inform you of this, so that I do not miss you that it takes another day to publish or nor that it will not be the usual amount, since I have seen myself in these circumstances, I am sorry for the inconvenience, I hope to be 100% soon.
