[Base color & background base] FFFF Nine.
Added 2018-11-06 16:46:14 +0000 UTCBase color & background base to my future work: FFFF Nine (Blazblue).
The background is going to be a long work, but I hope the result deserves it, probably in the end it will not be as complicated as I imagine it, but well, I always think how will good the result is.
