The "Tales of" series (Xillia, Zestiria, Berseria etc) is among the most famous JRPG series ever, and the first games of said series came out in the '90s, but all games are pretty much own stories, which means you don't need to play them in order. Code Vein is an action RPG Dark Souls-style. God Eater is similar to Monster Hunter. Tsukihime is a Visual Novel, one of the best ever released, and is also a remake of the original Tsukihime game, which came out in 2000. Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is another Visual Novel, sequel to the Fate/Stay Night game (no anime has ever been made of it). Fate/Stay Night Realta Nua is nothing more than the console version of the Fate/Stay Night Visual Novel, which means they had to replace the (few) 18+ scenes with all-ages scenes.

2024-07-16 17:49:43 +0000 UTChaha you could try! But there's other companies that I know much more than them, like studio Pierrot or Bones, or even KyoAni (short for Kyoto Animation). Could be fun to see your reaction to their evolutions, especially an old studio like KyoAni (1985) or Pierrot (1979!). I can't believe I forgot Wit and Mappa, considering their connection to Attack on Titan lol. I think the oldest, and still active, studio is Toei - which everyone has heard of, especially for Dragonball stuff. I think it started right after WWII.
