Month of August
Added 2025-08-03 13:38:09 +0000 UTCOkay, so this is something I've discussed before but now finally going to do. Because this month is going to be rather "Pose Pack" heavy, I'm going to look at addressing a growing problem.
Most of those who use my pose packs know what I mean when I say that it's getting a tad lengthy.
Ages ago, I did create a few subfolders to help organize things a bit. With numbered folders at the top, it makes sure those are shown in order (by default inside DAZ) by places similar poses together.
I asked others in the past about grouping up more move types into new folders, so now going to ask for ideas/feedback as I'm staring at the possibility of up to three pose packs.
Obvious folders that are coming include Punches, Kicks, and probably Headlocks.
My main question is whether or not to start having subfolders.
For example, I have enough bearhug poses to justify it's own folder. Do I put "Bearhugs" in the 'root' folder, or do I place Bearhugs inside a "Submissions" subfolder?
Now, if I add a "Submissions" folder, should I put "Suplexes" inside a "Power Moves" folder or just keep "Suplexes" in the root?
If I do a "Power Moves" folder, I can then stick in "Piledrivers" into that as well.
One worry is that I might just be shifting complexity to subfolders and might not see another solution.
I'm not afraid to experiment because anything that's done can be undone. I just want to see if people feel the same way and if they have any ideas to share.

Have subcategories such as "Aerial," "Holds," "Finishers," "Pins," "Ropes," "Intros,," "Punches," "Martial Arts," etc...
