Wasn't one of those present, but the guy who talked about black eyes was indeed the guy he beat to death for 'helping' in future. Nacho (guy who came to office) wasn't in Breaking Bad but there is something interesting in that regard that you're not ready for being pointed out yet. Funny story i played Farcry 3 and was convinced the main bad guy was inspired by Tuco. Years later the voice and likeness of the main bad guy is playing a character in Tuco's gang
