I agree with your review. Pretty spot on. This was a mixed bag of an episode. Good concepts but not everything was executed well but definitely an improvement over the last episode.

2020-02-04 23:13:52 +0000 UTCyeah "cyberwoman" is pretty much regarded as the worst episode....not in season 4. Though Chris did make up for it with ,imo, the best episode in season 2. Also the thing about everythign changing in the 21st century...I have to imagine that's because RTD was setting things up the human race to have the big milestones of alien interaction in doctor who, iwht the frequent earth stuff. Then Moffat had all of it eaten by the crack so the Torchwood motto doesn't hold up

In one ep, it physically manifests as a large snake.
