Chapter no.303 Team Rocket's Attack

[ Pallet Town - Ketchum Household ]
Delia Ketchum flipped through the channels as she couldn't believe it.
The prequel for her favourite show was such a soulless cashgrab that she couldn't believe it was green light by the studio.
Flipping through channels she stopped as she saw a news coverage of Celadon City.
" Hello there Martha, you are currently live at the fossil tournament, aren't you ?"
" Yes, that is right, Jeff. A new masked trainer has appeared in Celadon City Park and is currently conducting a tournament with the prize as a fossil Pokemon. Hundreds of trainers have gone back in defeat but who will over come this powerful titan of a trainer."
The news coverage suddenly stopped as the screen flashed back. The host turned to the crew in confusion as the black screen of the footage flashed revealing a view from down up of a giant Clefairy robot in the Celadon park.
The robot turned around and someone inside it said in a microphone,
"Oh? Well, then, prepare for trouble!" said a female voice.
"And make it double!" said a male voice.
At that point, a small hatch on the robot's head opened up and rose a platform that had two people on it. One was a girl with long green and the other was a boy with short blonde hair. They were both wearing black boots and gloves, as well as matching white uniforms with a big red R on the shirts.
"To protect the world from devastation." the girl said.
"To unite all peoples within our nation." the boy said.
"To denounce the evils of truth and love." the girl said.
"To extend our reach to the stars above." the boy said.
"Jessica." the girl identified herself.
"Jeffery." the boy followed with.
"Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light!" Jessica said.
"Surrender now or prepare to fight, fight, fight!" Jeffery said as the coverage was immediately cut off.
" We are sorry for the inconvenience but the connection has been lost. We will immediately give you an update on the situation." The host said in a hurry as he looked at his co-host in shock.
After weeks of no news, team rocket has attacked team rocket.

[ Celadon City Park ]
Austin and Pikachu flew up on Pidgeot's back in the sky.
" There !" Austin pointed out as a smoke cloud was coming from the east.
( ~ Boom ~ )
Pidgeot flew fast meanwhile Pikachu looked proud at his trainer finally overcoming his fear.
Pikachu looked at Austin only to find that he had shut his eyes while they flew.
Ok, Maybe he spoke to soon.
Pikachu thought with a sweat drop.
As Pidgeot flew to the scene, they found that people where running away as Lucario erected up barriers to protect the audience of people who were trying to escape as missiles were launched.
{ Guys, go with plan B ! } Austin's message echoed to all of his pokemon's mind as the team rocket duo looked at Austin in the sky.
" Oh, looks like the trainer is here. Hey, give us the fossil Pokemon!" Jessica said before she lifted the giant robot's fist up and brought it in for a punch, when, suddenly, without warning...
THOOOM!
Something shot down in front of the crowd of retreating people, creating a cloud of dust and forcing Team Rocket to quickly draw the hand back.
" Clefable !"
The dust cloud cleared revealing Clefable standing in with a glare as she brought her hand down alongside gravity pushing the robot into the ground.
" You !" Jeffery shouted in fury before he pushed a button and unleashed an army of robots designed to target Clefable alone. Clefable simply stood there with a smirk on his face as the robots got closer.
Once the robot at the front got one inch from him, black shadowy tendrils shot out and impales all the small robots.
At that moment, the robot started firing missiles from the top two as the lower two tore the robots apart easily. Team Rocket could just watch speechless as their whole robot army was torn apart right before their eyes.
After the last robot was torn apart, Clefable looked up at Team Rocket and her face was smeared with a look that asked, "What's next?"
Team Rocket then grew angry before they shouted, "FINE! WE'LL STOMP YOU OURSELVES!" and started using the robot to throw punches at the heroes, only for them to dodge each one, with missiles that were shot from the fingers being shot back by Clefable's gravity manipulation, damaging and eventually breaking the glass in the robot's stomach, leaving its core vulnerable.
"All right!" Luacrio said before Team Rocket moved the robot above the cloud layer.
"What's wrong, Team Rocket? Running away?" Austin called.
"Just the opposite. If we can't get the fossil, then, we'll just destroy you all with a body slam from our robot!" Jessica called but her words were spoken too soon as the robot was suddenly torn apart.
" Good job, Pikachu." Austin said as he looked at his tired buddy who had used magnetism to destroy the metallic behemoth.
Jessica and Joffery looked at one another as they tried to fish out their Pokeballs before they were suddenly teleported away.
Austin smirked as he tapped down.
" Good job, guys." Austin praised as even though he hadn't captured Jessie or James, bur now he had a few tea rocket members in his hands now.
" Hands in the air," Officer Jenny exclaimed as she got out of her car only to find Austin just staring at her infront of a broken down robot.
" A little late now, officer " Austin said as he thought of how he should appraoch the next part of his plans.

One of the greatest tragedies of the pokemon world is the story of Lapras. In ancient times, they were a common pokemon, friendly to humans and larger than other water-types which carried riders, so were commonly used as a method of water transportation. Their lives were long and carefree, and they were as friendly to people as a Skitty or Growlithe.
Humans, however, were not so kind. The invention of the boat made them largely obsolete as a transportation device, and many Lapras were damaged in collisions with this new craft. They became seen as a pest, were hunted at times to cull the population, and their numbers began to dwindle. Still, they treated humans with kindness and friendship, offering rides to any who sought them.
A few centuries ago, it was discovered that Lapras shells could be used as an excellent building material for fortifications, and fleets took to the seas, effortlessly hunting them most of the way to extinction, for they had lost their fear of man. Modern Lapras are extinct in the islands south of Sinnoh, but rumors persist of holdouts in areas such as Union Cave, where Lapras are said to have learned their lesson, avoid trainers, and only surface when explorers are few in number. No reputable scientists consider these reports to be any more than local legends, for lakes are too small to sustain a breeding population of Lapras, and Lapras are a saltwater pokemon, not a freshwater one.
