The whole premise of this storyline astounds me. I cannot begin to imagine how this is going to be resolved, and I love that they gave us so much we weren't expecting!

This is one of my favorite season opening episodes and it's great to have Julian Bleach back as Davros (also my favorite Davros episode).

2025-08-31 09:41:53 +0000 UTCThe fact that Capaldi actually plays guitar and it was his idea to have the Doctor play guitar in the show is one of the reasons I really love him. This is such an intriguing intro, I love it. The Shadow Proclamation have only been seen once before, and it was Davros storyline! Nice one Moffat, he even got the same actor to come back.
