Degenerative illness had her head badly infected and only way to save her was to relocate her cranium inside her chest. she tries her best to adapt to her new life.
Surgeons also kept her tongue, so it can "close" her esophagus and help her eat.
And damn, she knows how to use her unique body to please her boyfriend!
