Question Regarding Polls 2
Added 2024-08-31 21:46:07 +0000 UTCHi everyone, I'm making this poll as a follow up to the one from a few weeks ago.
So far, it seems like the majority of people who voted in that poll are in favour of the change I proposed. However, I've read through the comments to the post and have taken your feedback into consideration.
One of the ideas that was suggested was a running tally where characters keep their votes from previous polls and whichever character has the highest total is the one that gets animated. I think that's a pretty good idea, and a lot of people seemed to like it as well.
With regards to the weighted vote system, there were different suggestions concerning the exact weight that different tiers should have, so I'll say that one is subject to change for the time being.
For now, I would like to get your opinions on which system you would prefer to have (both is an option)

2024-08-31 21:54:07 +0000 UTCBoth is a nice option. Higher tiers have their vote slightly more weighted, but characters who have been in the poll for a long time will still get their turn eventually. Though the weighting probably should be lowered a bit to maybe 1-2-3 then.
