v2.13.0 Dev 2

Hi all! Dev 2 build is here, and includes our initial work on adding the requested Extension Packs feature from our last features poll. There is now also the SimpleSDXL package and FluxGym training package available, contributed by PRs from @NullDev.

Extension Packs are groups of extensions that save to a .json format which can be shared with other installations. You can also specify a specific version for an extension within a pack for more reproducible installs with a new git version selector that suggests branch/commits/tags but allows manual entry as well.

• Fixed ComfyUI NF4 extension not installing properly when prompted in Inference

• Fixed #932, #935, #939 - InvokeAI failing to update

• Fixed repeated nested folders being created in Models/StableDiffusion when using Forge in Symlink mode in certain conditions. Existing folders will be repaired to their original structure on launch.

• Fixed minimize button not working on macOS

• Fixed InvokeAI model sharing spamming the console with "This may take awhile" in certain conditions

• Fixed text alignment issues in the Downloads tab for certain long names / progress infos
