2024-09-24 14:49:06 +0000 UTCYou'll be seeing highly detailed scans of the biological structure of four different variants and the unique types of fangs they each have in comic 3 of this phase! The one responsible for piercing/infecting, or the "oopsie fang," is separate and typically sheathed and tucked away somewhere in their mouths, while the pronounced "primary" fangs are solely used to kill. Ellie's "oopsie fang" is situated under her tongue, embedded deep in the center of her lower jaw. I won't comment on whether she has ever used it or ever will.

As for the portrait, the eyes are certainly subdued. My only intention there being that's likely a bit worn/faded, the brilliance of the oils long dissipated.

With the consideration that Sydney is a collector of oddities, Ellie allows her to keep primary and damaged fangs they extract from her at the office.
