Important update
Added 2023-10-03 21:00:40 +0000 UTCMany of you know I have been in Florida the past 2 months overseeing things for my grandmother who has been suffering from Alzeimers for several years. This year her condition rapidly deteriorated, and my mother and I have been doing everything we can to help her, from me caring for her full time in winter to unfortunately having to have her moved to a home in Pensacola a few weeks ago as her brain continued to decline. A pastor just visited the house 30 minutes ago to inform me she has suddenly passed away. This was completely unexpected as she was very physically healthy.
My grandmother was the most important person in my life and fulfilled the role of the world's greatest Gramma with ease throughout my entire life. Watching her be gradually destroyed by this evil fucking disease has been the most treacherous thing I have ever experienced. I am completely shattered. I thought she had more time, and I had intended to see her tomorrow.
All commissions, comics, and collaborations are postponed for the time being including TCO. Thank you everybody.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Fuck Alzheimer's. My grandma had it too and watching it unmake this smart, funny, powerful lady was horrible. Man, don't worry about us, take the time you need. And the quote's origin is geeky but it's helped me: "What is grief, but love persevering." Take care.
