It's Her Grumpy Dress

Rather than scrap it to the gesture pile I decided to use something a few friend's and I had in mind for GypsySquid's Brainboobwall Vicky. No high res for this one because it never really made it past doodle.
The Dress? (I guess a shirt at best in her case) says "I'm not shy I just don't like you". Vicks' new haircut is ruining the impact of her wardrobe's snark.
