No wonder there's no funding for water infrastructure in the most drought-hit part of the UK. Joseph Bazalgette's sewer system deserves so much better! It’s absurd how openly MasterClass props people like this up as if dehumanization and imperialism are admirable traits. Maybe that’s the real purpose of things like MasterClass - not to teach, but to reinforce and legitimize those power structure. Or, on the other side, provide something for y’all to challenge that normalization - which is the one good outcome I think.
