Regarding the Speed of Drawing

Right now I can muster about one complete pic per month, maybe two, but id like to cut it down to one a week without any loss in quality. I have some idea how to achieve this but I don't know if it will be effective enough.
But in any case, I might sketch more just for practice, and hopefully you guys will want to see them >.<
