2020-12-30 11:12:54 +0000 UTCI think it would because I only started listening to it today and can already more easily visualize some memories and things I couldn't before (I don't have aphantasia but haven't been as visual of a person as I used to be in general and with my memory). I can't give you a definite answer on aphantasia but you may as well try & if you have been listening, has it helped?
