One neat thing, as this a joint production with Clover Works and Studio Wit, the studios divided up the episodes, one would work on their specialty of action, if the episode was a "spy" type episode, and the other would work on the "family" type episodes. I can"t remember which was which, but the opening credits reflect the dichotomy.

Peanuts in the song is about how if you buy a bag if mixed nuts there are peanuts in there pretending to be nuts even though they aren't actually.

2024-08-18 04:01:46 +0000 UTCFor me as fun as this show is, I'm glad that Loid and Yor are written in such a way that provides good examples for healthy family problem solving. Whereas most of us who had strict parents repeat how they're parents raised them. I feel like one of the brilliant things about Spy X Family (including the Manga) is that it's ability to ground all of the comedy, wacky Spy/Assassing hijinks with a heart of pure gold. Each character is so brilliantly crafted.
