Current PC situation and what to do next

So for those who follow me in my twitter you are probably aware of the situation I had to deal with recently: my pc stopped working properly last sunday night and was pretty much useless, thankfully I have a good friend who knows about this and the issue was the hard disk drive, the possible solutions were format it and delete everything or get a new one, I decided to go for the later since there is still a chance my friend may be able to rescue my data.

For the time being all sketches and original files of work between January 2021 and the present are lost, which really pisses me off because I was almost done with the first half of the request of january, not to mention all the sketches I was working on, but I'm trying to focus on the positive side and be grateful that I have a working pc

It will take me a couple of days to have my new HDD in optimal conditions to get back to work. I want to see if my friend can rescue those files so for now I will keep that batch on hold and focus on the requests of March , I know some of you have been looking forward to these but I'm trying my best to stay in high spirits and not to think too much of what I lost.

I also need to announce that I have decided to postpone my july break until september, this is because I want to use the next couple of months in improving my pc so situations like this don't happen again

I'm sorry if this post comes at an odd time, I wanted to let you all know about what happened as soon as I had good news about the situation (I only talked about this in my twitter because I didn't wanted to make you all worry when I could fix it in a couple of days)

For now I will be opening the request for May tomorrow, if you belong to that tier please do feel free to send your ideas as always. I might post some new drawings while I'm getting things in order, but I do ask for some patience I just couldn't expect something like this to happen so suddenly
