I wasn't even on the edge of my seat muttering, "C'mon...c'mon....c'mon...." this time, as the wheel spun. The result took me completely by surprise. And I was like, "YES!!!" But then I had immediate flashbacks to someone who watched it recently and thought it was absolutely unfunny, so suddenly a small sense of dread crept in. That is until I saw the line, "This movie was sooo fun!!!" The spelling of "so" with additional o's told me I could relax (it is a scientific consensus that the precise number of o's required to express the most enthusiastic version of the word "so" is, in fact, three. Any fewer reflects the authentic level of enthusiasm of the writer - which is fine - but the use of more looks like you're trying too hard, if not out-and-out pandering.) LOL. *whisper* that was a joke. Anyhow, I am sooo excited! (BTW: Ames said something about Dawn of the Dead in Canada. Well, if it is the 1978 version you are looking for, coincidentally, just this weekend I found two full versions on YouTube for free: a 2 hour 7 min version, and a 2:35 "complete cut" version. If any of that is of assistance.)

I’m weird that way, I can switch from Texas Chainsaw Massacre over to Love Actually without batting an eye. Hugh Grant has quite a few good ones. Notting Hill, Love Actually, About a Boy, The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain (whew!), and the underrated Music and Lyrics. I’m actually pretty excited to see him cross over to horror in the upcoming Heretic where his RomCom charm takes a dark turn. Anyway, always good to watch this one, the acting and writing is on point and for the type of film it is, there’s really not a misstep. Except for Kristen Scott Thomas…..I mean…..who wouldn’t?!!? Lol
