Especially I like Boo’s humor and energy! He is such a good entertainer. Also a good singer! I enjoyed their MMTG episode. Oh and Hoshi’s episode of Nothing much prepared was sooo hilarious😂 It’s the show our Jin appeared! If you like to watch more shows of them, those are also good. And btw… my god.. i forgot to recommend you 대탈출(The Great Escape) and 여고추리반(High School Mystery Club)…for your variety show choosing. These are f**king good…. Hope you can watch this one day. You will never regret it! If you like mystery story you will definitely love it. Both are produced by same PD. The show itself is incredibly good. The producer is genius… I bet you can always surprise on every episode. Not just a high quality production, the casts are fun. It’s very famous show in Korea with always admiring reviews. Even if you don’t know Korean culture and casts, you can fully enjoy. If you want to watch both of them, I recommend you to watch ’The Great Escape’ first, because it aired first and ‘High School Mystery Club’ is not end.(There will be season3 soon) But personally I prefer the second one, i mean i love the second one… I hope this show became more popular internationally🥹 Anyway you can trust me.. Just like another comments, I suggest you to react to their Killing Voice to get a little close to their music. Also i recommend to react to In The Soop (S1 and S2). And, of course why not, Going Seventeen is the best option to know them better, their variety show just like Run BTS. Thank you for taking time to react to them. They are my favorite and ult group, the bond they have with each other and with us, Carats, it is incredible and I love how we are just one big family.

I love these Game Caterers episodes and have recently started watching Going Seventeen. If you decide to check out any of their music after this, the Dingo Killing Voice is a great introduction (especially since you know their names now!) and I'd pair it with the Tipsy Live on Dingo where they sing a few more songs around a table with drinks. For music, I'm just a casual listener since I watched their live vocals on "dingo killing voice" where they performed medley, I was surprised how talented they are.

The maknae line of the group is Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. The numbers that were next to their names when they were introduced just indicate the order of their ages with S.Coups (oldest) being #1 and Dino (youngest) being #13. with the exception of The 8 and DK because it is said that he wanted to have the #8 because of his name. The original/ correct order of them from oldest to youngest is: #1- S Coups – 27 years old. (1995), #2- Jeonghan – 27 years old. (1995), #3- Joshua – 27 years old. (1995), #4- Jun – 27 years old. Throughout the series you’ll kinda see that they ask Na pd to go easy on him and the other foreign members while playing the games lol. Lastly is Vernon, he is American and was born in New York and his full name is Hansol Vernon Chwe. As another familia member already stated his mother is white and his father is Korea, and surprisingly he is the second youngest of the group despite his mature demeanor. Ps. I got into them recently because I found Seungkwan hilarious in the game caterers x hybe, but I listened to some of their songs and started watching them and became a baby carat. The way they care about each other as brothers and family really reminds me of BTS.

I love your reaction since its so genuine and honest and you try to see and know everything so sincerely!! QOTD: I am a Carat~ I became a carat in aug'2022. Though I knew Seventeen since 2019 and their song Don't Wanna Cry has been my ringtone since 2020 <3. I was more into kdrama and used to listen to more kost. But I was a casual listener to kpop songs. My sister's a Army and also a multistan now, and hence I had more exposure to BTS songs but I didn't dive into any groups until Seventeen~ And now I because of Svt I am getting to know other groups more. Kinda the opposite case than what generally happens. I became a carat through my sister too! She showed me 2 gose eps which was fun! But what was the main turning point was her listening to a song which I really like and when I asked, it was a svt song. I fell for that song and it was my most listened song that year. The song was Circles. Circles made me into a carat <3. There's a lot to watch and know but I always do in my pace hehe. Also side note about Dino haha. Yes he is made fun of and played with by his 12 hyungs but they love him too! They'd tease him but if he asks anything of them they always do it for him. I think Svt sometimes says they are raising their maknae with tough-love haha. Dino also gets savage with his Hyungs sometimes. Also they all are in the age range of 1995-1999 though are very close and don't have that age hierarchy much and are like real bros and friends. They keep teasing eachother but love eachother a lot!

Its so hard to bias just one member. But if I had to choose I'd say Wonu and DK because sometimes I look at them a bit more haha. But if anyone is missing I miss them a lot and think about them only! Though I knew bts and seventeen from before also but I was more into kdrama than kpop so was a casual listener as I was listening to more kost than groups. And you said you are curious about Seungkwan's voice, he is one of the best Main Vocalist in kpop I told you. As a fan for both of the groups, I would say they are all amazing and pretty much have similarities. I stan BTS first of course, then found SEVENTEEN later. If BTS taught me how to love myself, when I felt my existence was not valid then SEVENTEEN reminded me that I'm also a person who has my own life and deserved to be loved and adored by someone. Btw can't wait for the rest of the reactions💜💙💕 (Serenity and Rose Quartz are Seventeen official colors, more like blue and pink)

And I find I can't have a bias, because when I count and find someone's missing, I feel sad. They're great all together. Although, I do have a soft spot for Jeonghan, The8 and SCoups. And I just love how Woozi is always amused by everyone.

2023-08-06 08:00:23 +0000 UTCI just recently got into seventeen. From everything I know of them I can see they have a lot of similarities to BTS in that they are all incredibly close. They are more like brothers then anything. They roast each other, they praise each other and they just generally spend all their time with each other. Wonwoo is my bias so it was so funny when you guys said he doesn't look like a idol. I admit with his short hair he doesn't look like the typical k idol but Google wonwoo and see all his other photos especially him with pink hair (chefs kiss). He also isn't the typical idol because he wears his glasses all the time even during interviews and filming content like during concerts. The reason is because he has miopia which is really bad eyesight and he has a eye condition which gives him dry eyes so he can't wear contact lenses. It's why he always wear glasses and on the occasion when he doesn't wear them you always see him squinting. But if you look as good as he does in glasses you don't mind. He also the introvert of the group. There are other introverts in seventeen but he is the most shy and quiet one. He doesn't like being in the centre and having the spotlight but the other members are really good at making him feel included and a part of the discussions which is always the cute to see. He is also I think one of the smartest members. He is a book worm and loves to read. Sorry this post was just me loving wonwoo. It's because I always feel wonwoo doesn't get the attention that a lot of the other members do so I'm always praising him lol.

He definitely receives the little brother love just like JK. I personally witnessed it while watching SVT in the Soop. 🫶🏼 I specially love when they jokingly call out each other and then laugh together and not even get offended by it. It just goes to show how tight their bond is. Everybody gets roasted and nothing offends them anymore. 😂😂 To answer Uthman about Dino’s interview, when Na PD ask them to tell him about “that” period and they said “oh we shouldn’t talk about that period, we need to talk about it in a bar with a bottle of soju” — It’s not about Dino not being treated nicely in the beginning, I think they jokingly said that let’s not talk about the trainee/early debut days as a group as it’s their struggling era. They trained like crazy, barely getting enough sleep, physically and emotionally exhausted and being a struggling kpop group from a small company having no funds for their debut just like Bts. They always get so emotional when looking back to those times. That’s why they always jokingly say that it’s a touchy subject and can only be talked about in a bar with a bottle of soju. 😄 Yes Uthman, everything you said about Park Bogum is correct. I’m so proud of you. Lol

Through seventeen I got to know bts and many other groups. They never disappoint you their music their content ...top tier Funfact: Going seventeen is so good that many tv channels wanted the show on theirs and was aired in korea by tvn every Wednesday.

This series is one of my favorite hehe, I've only known SVT last year, but not really a full-fledge CARAT or even a Cubic hehe - but I'll get there since they are really a likable group. I kinda get that you are explaining yourselves with regards to reacting to a different group/series but I trust and know you guys that BTS will still and will always be your ultimate because I feel the same. I’ve seen this twice now an it’s so hilarious but QOTD: yes I’m a CARAT, I became one when Jungkook went to their concert ‘Be The Sun’, I was already a fan for at least a year or so but as soon as Jungkook went to see them in concert and I saw the pics he took with them, I dived fully in and since then they are one of my ult groups with BTS and TXT.✨

2023-08-06 05:19:31 +0000 UTCI’m actually and armycarat who fell in love with BTS and SEVENTEEN separately before they became colleagues under the same company. For the sequence, that is the official sequence that seventeen follows for most of the their content, it is all the members in descending order according to age, except DK and The8 switched with each other so The8 can get the 8th position to match his name. For their songs, their title tracks is always with the full group but they would often have songs in their album by the members in their separate teams similar to how BTS have rap line and vocal line songs. Occasionally, they also have songs involving members not according to teams but by their birth years like the same age friends in the group will make a song together and also sometimes just whoever fits the songs. Someone may have mentioned it but you don’t have to take everything they say too seriously. They are so extra and funny, sometimes they tend to crack jokes or exaggerate things just for comedy purposes. Most carats and cubics know them enough to take what they say with a grain of salt.

I watched this series when as it was being released just for fun and i found all 13 of them so fun. Re-watching this with you guys is also very very very fun, i actually just got my wisdom teeth removed yesterday so i was trying not to laugh to much because it hurts but i just couldn't help it. I would say rn seventeen is my fav group after bts so watching this is very enjoyable.

Same vibe and energy. I swear! The brotherhood, the bond, the chaos, the style of comedy, the intelligence, the humility, the love for the fans, being underdogs and the way they worked hard to be where they are now. I LOOOOVEEE these two groups so much I can't even explain. PLUS BTS and SVT are literally besties! 2023-08-06 02:47:30 +0000 UTCi've been an army since 2014 and a casual listener of kpop since but no group has really made me fall in love with them like bts has until last year when seventeen dropped their song called hot. i had listened to some of their songs and was aware of their names prior to then and knew how good they were but never decided to do a full dive on them. ever since last year i have fallen in love with them and have been going through all their content slowly. going seventeen is one of my favourite things to watch and they are unbelievably funny. it's crazy because i never thought i would be able to fall in love with another group. i'm a proud armycarat!

I'm glad it was helpful! can't wait to watch this with you guys <3 borahae qotd: carat! they have a specific order based on age, and are each assigned with a number according to this order, with the exception of the8 who is designated number 8 even though he isn't supposed to be 8th in line. but in the first part they introduced themselves with this designated order. most of their songs have all 13 members, but they do solo and unit songs too (like bts). the dino and seungkwan thing is funny because they're both the babies in the group - dino is the maknae but seungkwan is the second youngest. but in general, seventeen is really honest and expose each other all the time, and they never really hide the fact that they fight (they talk about it with fans in livestreams and stuff). people who aren't familiar with svt might not know that seungkwan is one of the main vocals in svt, but as soon as you hear him sing it'll become so obvious why they chose him. his vocals are absolutely insane! jun mentioned he got calls from china because he's Chinese and most of his friends are in china. just to clarify, scoups LOVES all his members now. he's incredibly sweet but i think his personality isn't as outgoing and open when he doesn't know you, so he didn't care for dino in that way until they got closer. but for sure the dynamic is different with bts, jungkook is babied a lot but dino gets roasted a lot hahah, but behind his back the members always praise dino, and dino roasts his hyungs a lot too. it's hard to have 12 older brothers. YES seventeen loves their food like bts, and they generally eat a lot hahah, park bogum (yes, he is the one who's friends with v!) is an extremely popular actor and everyone in Korea probably knows him, which is why they were so shocked and disappointed when coups got him wrong. they love to troll though but it's all in love, they have a good mix of loud members and quiet members, and combined, they're a lot of fun to watch. their age gap is also smaller than bts' despite having 13 members (1995-1999), and they don't really speak with formalities with each other, but rather as friends

Also aside from dance, as you have seen they're pure entertainers so I see edits of them on tiktok or twitter. The longer you stay in the kpop bubble, the more groups/people you see and recognize whether you stan them or not lol.
