I think this episode confirmed to me the fact that I love Iida. Okay the guy can seem annoying, too severe and all, but he's loyal to himself, he knows what he wants, and he has principles, he's keeping them no matter what, he recognizes when he makes mistakes, he can say when other people are better than him and support them for that… I just love people like that, so I'm gonna love a character like him.
During this episode, I didn't understand fully (at first, but it came with the next ones) what happened during this intrusion of the school : we saw someone, surely a villain, looking at the school so clearly that person entered and let the media enter with him, but I didn't understand at first why. The attack at the end, I wondered about the when and where, but for me it was to have a place not protected like the main school and the where because All Might should have been there.

Hello ! Okay, I understand more what the teachers know, but can I ask : in that case, if they know about the time limit and injury, they also know about his "skinny" appearance ?

However, he also said that all of the previous AND what his quirk actually is (that being his quirk named “One For All” and how it was transferred first to him and now to Izuku) is what is only known the few people closest to him. So the teachers know about All Might’s time limit and injury, but they DON’T know what his quirk truly is.
