They killed my heart so many times during this episode. Like just Grogu nodding his little head at the beginning got me. So imagine when the little guy intervened to save Mando, how I reacted, and then when they fought together with their three enemies, when Mando and Bo Katan rushed on him to protect him from the explosion and it was in fact Grogu who protected them⦠I was already crying. So really, the two scenes after that broke my heart (the good way) : Mando who wants to make official the fact he's Grogu's dad and these two, at their home, on a planet, resting⦠It's beautiful.
I was wrong about this season being about Mando. In fact, this season was entirely dedicated and made around the Mandalorians, having them all back together, united and following Bo Katan, being back on their home planet. To do all of that, we clearly needed an entire season. Now the Dark Saber is broken, but it doesn't matter anymore. About Moff Gideon⦠Do we kill him or one of his clones ? I still have doubts.

I totally agree with you about this episode, the season being about the Mandalorians and the next one being promised to Din Djarin and Din Grogu. As I explained in review, I was, myself, surprised to be so worried about Grogu and Mando ! Like really, during the fight, I felt I needed it to finish, I was too much into it, and my reason just knew it would end with them winning, but the relief I felt when it ended took me by surprise and put me in tears... that I didn't understand myself ! I was really like "I don't know I was that worried !!" π For Moff Gideon, for me the important thing was to see a Moff Gideon leaving the place at the beginning and a Moff Gideon coming back at the end. One leaves, knowing Mando escaped, that the Mandalorians are on the ground, that the ship situation is not resolved... If I'm Moff Gideon, I leave the place here and I put a clone in charge "just in case". If he was on that planet, because maybe it was not him all along. Or it was him, but still, we have clones somewhere else. So many possibilities to have him back π Thanks for the info for Andor !!

This episode was in my opinion a little bit short for being the seasons finale, but it had great action, emotional scenes and had no open ends. I am really glad the Mandalorians have finally their planet back and Bo Katan being the leader of Mandalore. So that this story about the Mandalorians is finished, we definitely see some more Din Djarin and Din Grogu action in the next season. I was surprised that you were so much worried about Grogu and Din Djarin when they fought against those red knights. I mean the writers would have never let them die. I was more worried about Bo Katan, espacially after Gideon destroyed the Dark Saber and ripping oft her helmet. As you said i also think that there are some clones of Gideon which have survived and are maybe on other planets. He would be very stupid, if he stored all of his clones in one place. Although it would be nice, if he returns in the next season, i would love to see Thrawn as an antagonist (he was mentioned at the beginning of episode 7). I will definitely watch your reaction to Ahsoka, which i am really excited for. And i read that Andor season 2 is planned to release in August of 2024 (more than 1 year of waiting π₯).
