Hello !

It feels so good to be back in the show ! With the characters for sure, but also in this environment, so well done with the places, the costumes and here I noticed also really great musics (which is promising for the rest of the season, and bigger scenes). A little time jump at the beginning and right back into the action : Freydis and Harald need to run away, but in different directions. And it's killing me, because clearly they love each other but they know their destinies are leading them in totally opposite futures.

I'm worried for Leif and his mental health, but I think the writers decided for this season to turn it more about his faith. A good choice because the religious aspect is one of the most important for a show about Vikings. That's why I was a little afraid of Freydis disappearing like that, all alone, for a long time, because she truly represents that side of the show. Good to see Godwin again, and I'm still suspecting him of planning something. Even if here he seems to do the right things. I know my guy.
