I feel like steps like these and actually taking time to address your fears and talking about it is a step forward ! easier said than done. it is ~incredibly~ hard for me to be vulnerable and i tend to get embarrassed very quickly, along with struggling to believe people when they try to encourage me, i dont know if thats something you also struggle with, but if it does mean anything to you: you. are. INCREDIBLE! and that's why we are all here
