Always found his design cool. Well, on this story the characters are ifluenced in their dreams to become girlier and girlier while still retaining their base personality.

My original idea was to have him saying something while blushing like: "being scary wasn't cool, but now people keep starring at me for other ways, and maybe I prefer to look scary" - but OH BOY I read his backstory and that would have been kind of ooc and in bad taste lol

I GUESS a nice way to feminize his personality would be making him gush a bit over kids, he always liked kids in canon.

The way that me an you guys intake series is different since you probably read week to week in real time. So for you the execution and order of events is going to stand out more than if you're reading bullet points on Tv Tropes like me - but I found his backstory pretty fascinating, tho it feels like something that would have been more interesting to see in the middle of the manga rather than towards the end.
