Loved your reaction Blue !! - This movie is definitely epic-er. Oh, and the random yellow barrels of water on highway that the cop car crashed into - that is a real thing in the USA. It is one of the many crash protection systems on the highways that are there to safely decelerate a car and save the occupant in the event that the car drifts into the divider, although many of them contain sand instead of water. You'll see the same thing in the movie "Speed".
