Update - Hiatus of the Patreon

Hi everyone,

How are you all keeping? I hope life's been good to you all!

So, unfortunately the time has come.

I was hoping to have Book 6 ready on time by mid-August, which is when Book 5 ends, but unfortunately, between life (I was literally just there having a plumber over to fix some overdue stuff ahead of the baby arrival in Oct :D) and the complexity of Book 6, I won't have it ready for release. At the same time, I'm now expecting my dev editor to come back to me with some pretty substancial editing needed for Book 1 either this Friday or next Monday, so that will take all of my focus for the next couple of weeks as well.

This means that I will have to unfortunately put a hold on the Patreon for the time being.

I will continue releasing Book 5 and 6 on RR (though maybe reducing the rythmn down to 3 chapters a week instead for Book 6), so I hope you will continue reading there to see what I promise is going to be a really epic finale to Arc 3, and the crazy growth that Nar will be going through it.

The end of Arc 3 will be the end of the beginning arcs, and I really want Book 6 to be something special, and to really be the launching pad into the middle arcs of the story. So, I need to take my time with it, to make sure that it's as awesome as I have it in my mind.

It really saddens me to have to pause the Patreon this early, but at the moment, I really need to focus on getting this home baby ready and caring for my wife, and on making sure that the editing for all 6 books coming out next year is as spotless as I can make it.

I would like to thank everyone here for all the messages and the comments. There are instances where I made direct changes/additions to the story thanks to them (examples, move Mul's surpressor from the wrist to the neck, have Kur and Nar have a proper chat about what's been bothering Kur around the beginning of Book 6 in what I think is a really cool chapter and which also opened up a lot of crazy stuff for what's going on in the Leadership class, having Kur have the release trigger for Mul's surpressor in case of emergencies, and just recently, a reminder about Nar's sword healing passive which will come in handy in Book 6 for something very special, and which I had forgotten about!).

Sometimes, just reading your comments reminds me of something I've forgotten and sparks some idea that leads to something really cool, hahaha! So thank you all so, so much for all your comments and messages, and for putting up with me typos!

This might sound like a goodbye, and to be honest, at this stage, things are just so much up in the air that I really don't know what to expect of the upcoming months. So at the moment, I cannot say when the Patreon will be back up and running with advanced chapters ready, as I'm heading into some really crazy months 😅

And yeah, that's about it. I hope that this announcement doesn't come too suddenly, and let me know if you have any questions! Today's chapter will be up at the usual time, and the plan is for Book 5 to end on the Friday 15th of August.

Thank you all so much for being a part of this journey! It's been so awesome to have you along this adventure and it wouldn't have been the same without you in it! And thanks for all of your kind and encouraging messages too! They really made my day whenever I received them, and pushed me to keep going when things got rough!
