Another addition and nearing the end! We are really getting out there with the story of Thomas, with an end finally in sight!

As previous iterations, it is a thin tome consisting of ten total pages. The once elegant cover has begun to show signs of weathering and neglect, with the first and last pages still left blank. The second page holds the name ‘Thomas Finn’ and a frantically written dedication ‘There are no answers to this sorrow, no respite from this wound. My work is a hollow bastion.’ The next seven pages hold a wholly unorthodox combination of moving glyphs and strange fading ink that are shifting and altering like a tide throughout the day.
Tabs:
- While attuned, the user is able to acquire a single spell per long rest from the book.
- Acquiring: The user rolls a d8 followed by a d4 to select from the tables listed below. This tables consist of a level 8 spell selected from all current schools of magic that will fill the book for the day.
- This spell does not count towards their daily spell slots and can be cast once before fading. This book maintains that spell’s concentration for its entire duration. This spell still will require consumed spell components.
- The Spell attack bonus or saving throw DC’s are determined by the user’s main casting ability. If none is selected or having multiple classes, the user chooses between intelligence, wisdom, or charisma.
- A user can attune up to two ‘Spells Daily’ and only consume one attunement slot, as long as the combined Volume Number’s total is not above 9.
