Speedrun II: New Game Plus (NSFW)
Added 2023-03-31 12:13:57 +0000 UTCThis is kind of a side-project to Speedrun, set in the future of the story and mainly following a fourteen year old Eri as she settles into the life of being an agent for The Company and trying her hand at a semi-normal (but not too much) high school life.
Will contain mild spoilers for the future of Speedrun, but will function like sneak peeks since the story will be mainly about Best Daughteru. Think of this as less an independent story and more of a series of omake to add-on to Speedrun.
I'll have the poll up for tomorrow. In the meantime, I appreciate both your patience and support.

I've had this idea brewing for a while and with a bit of free time to hammer out a first chapter, I'm happy to see a few people enjoyed it even if it isn't too popular. I'll be going into Eri's personal history through flashbacks and conversations with other characters, in particular Rias and Sona. As to your question about age, Eri was adopted by Tenko at 7 and at this point has spent just over half her life (the majority of what she remembers) with him as her father.

I labeled the story NSFW right out of the gate, specifically mentioned it would be about Eri as a, if not *the*, central character, and Speedrun has set a pretty lewd standard as far as quality goes. Apart from that, this side project is just that... a side project. It won't get as much focus as even Speedrun, despite the fact that I think I'll enjoy reading it. So if it's any consolation, expect a return to the primary plot next time with Tenko next time this pops up. Thank you for your feedback, though. I appreciate comments that try to articulate what they don't enjoy about a work just as much as the ones who do.

This start explains why he isn’t there for the wacky shit that’s bound to happen. I would have liked a quick summary of when she was adopted from her perspective, with a bit of history to lead her dominatrix act on Korra. Cause for now I’m just thinking she was picked up at 9 and hard coded with the stamp to change her personality this much. Nature versus nurture and all that. Great start!

2023-03-31 19:29:04 +0000 UTCso this is probably gonna come off as little odd... but I don't read your stories for the smut, or really any fanfiction at all for that reason. I read for the honest to god plot, and I love seeing what new directions a character thrown into a new situation will go. so, all that being said, the beginning of this "side project" for me was EXTREMELY off-putting. I did read it, and I got through it, but jumping in and right away is a sex scene with a character that is firmly in the "DO NOT LEWD" category in my head was... uncomfortable. I'm not one of those people that is going to complain that you cant age a character up. but it really came outta nowhere on this one. After getting through that first emotional knee-jerk, it does make sense that being exposed to that kind of lifestyle for a majority of her life would have consequences and that was a pretty easy one to extrapolate... Just kind of wish we had a little bit of a warning that it was incoming... Beyond me bitching about the lewds, it is a promising start, but that's really all at the moment. there isn't really a plot hook for us to follow with Eri, aside from "daily life as a company agent Gen2" and while that could be interesting, you spent more time establishing why Tenko is going to be absent, than why we should care what Eri does. So yea, if more of this comes out, I'll read it. but if I'm being honest I would rather see more of the original story instead.
