Monthly Update - May 2021

Things have been crazy, but I wanted to give y'all a bit of a rundown on what's been going on in Beauty-land lately, mainly so you know I didn't just disappear and let the auto-posting features of my various platforms take over. ππ
So if you want to hear about some milestones, some upcoming events, and of course just my usual chaos, this is the update for you! Sorry, no kitty cameos this month, unfortunately. π

The writers' event is something I've mentioned a couple of times in previous monthly updates, but haven't officially posted about on its own yet. I wanted to make sure I had my ducks in a row before the official post went live, so that will be happening during the first week of June. This was just a little update on it because I've had people ask when I'm actually going to do it. π ππ

2021-05-25 16:35:40 +0000 UTCThere just aren't enough hours in the day sometimes (or most of the time), so if people are choosing between a polished, finished audio and me fumbling my way through an improv, I know where the better use of time is. ππ Plus, as you said, that stuff is great for the blooper reels, so who knows, we may see some of it again? I hope you'll like what I've come up with for the writers, Fix. Not long now... ππ

I've not heard about this before and I don't see any prior posts here or in the Boudoir mentioning it. If it is discussed elsewhere and I missed it, my apologies, and please direct me towards those posts. Or if this was meant as a teaser and details will be forthcoming, then you accomplished your goal all too well...you may consider me 'teased' π Thank you B !

2021-05-25 15:52:35 +0000 UTCWell, I for one enjoy the raw card drawing & improv prep, but also recognize that I'm probably a weirdo like that and there's only so much listening time in the day. If some tidbits still find their way into a BTS collection or blooper reel somewhere, that's still something. And of course a (relative) lull often does everyone some good, since it can't be crazy-busy special events all the time. It'll be great to hear how this one pans out - I'm waiting over here with pen in hand already.
