Dollars to donuts there are already prototypes of drone v drone weaponry. Depending on the type of drone anything from physically disabling the rotors to some sort of frequency interference tech. There's already hand-held antidrone weapons that fire a kind of net. I don't see why some sort of canister that would release some kind of lightweight mesh or web to foul up the enemy drone couldn't be feasible. Adding weight is always an issue, especially for acceleration from hovering to getting the heck away I guess, but still.
Heck, hacking into the signal will be a thing too I imagine. While that wouldn't disable the drone itself it would at least give advance warning as far as potential enemy intel on friendlies is concerned.
